I was celebrating Thanksgiving in my hometown. I woke up early that morning to a quiet house and decided to go on a photo drive. As I made my way to the north end of Newdale, ID, I was enjoying the backdrop of the "Idaho Side" of the Grand Tetons on the field of my Uncle Layne. He was wintering his Shire draft horses in the field of cut wheat. As I took photos of the Tetons, they grew curious and worked their way towards me. I was able to capture this once in a lifetime view of the "Shires and Tetons" in a single shot. It is still one of the greatest mornings of my photography career.
